Happy hot summer,
It's been a little bit warm painting outside these days, but I've been able to get out in the morning before the heat sets in.
My Zinnia crop this year is one of my best! You just never know every year with flowers if they'll thrive or not, so many factors. And as many of us are noticing the Hydrangeas are phenomenal this year with all the rain we've had this
spring. I have probably 20 paintings ideas swirling around in my head and heart inspired by my flower garden that I want to paint! Never enough hours in the day and days in the week.
I have been finishing up a few commissioned works,
but do have to a new Zinnia inspired painting to show you. The interesting thing about this one is you can hang it horizontally or vertically. Hope you enjoy this one and they'll be more garden works to come I'm sure. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have a place in your home or office for some original artwork.
Gallery visits always welcome!
